Le Strade del Gusto e dell’Inclusione
In the heart of Gaeta, ‘Le Strade del Gusto e dell’Inclusione’ is taking shape: a city-wide festival that, in 2026, will bring three of the city’s iconic locations to life, transforming them into itineraries dedicated to local flavours, conviviality and social inclusion.
The event comprises three events:
- from 30 May to 2 June in Via Annunziata;
- from 7 to 9 August in Via delle Sirene;
- from 25 to 27 September in Via Buonomo.
At each stage, the streets of the historic centre will be transformed into lively food villages, featuring food stalls, tastings, local specialities, music and social gatherings dedicated to showcasing local excellence.
The focus will be on the authentic flavours of the Gulf of Gaeta, from the traditional Tiella to the famous Gaeta olives, alongside food and wine offerings that reflect the region’s maritime and rural culture.
The event combines the pleasures of the table with an important social message, involving young people engaged in training and inclusion programmes within the hospitality and catering sectors.
Promoted by the Lazio Region, ARSIAL and ASP – Istituti Riuniti del Lazio, the festival offers a special opportunity to experience Gaeta through authentic encounters with its traditions, community and local heritage.
Le Strade del Gusto e dell’Inclusione thus confirms itself as an event that weaves together gastronomic culture, solidarity and urban discovery in one of Lazio’s most charming seaside villages.
