Spring 2026 events in Scena: wine, music and e-bike tours

In the heart of South Tyrol, just a stone’s throw from Merano, spring transforms Scena into a stage for authentic experiences, where nature, flavour and tradition come together. The Scena Tourist Association presents two unmissable events that showcase the region in a unique way: Wines and Sounds in Spring and Taste by E-bike in Scena. Two distinct yet perfectly complementary events, designed to engage all the senses.

Wines and Sounds in Spring: a journey through wine glasses and melodies

From 3 to 17 May 2026, Scena celebrates spring with an event that combines elegance, conviviality and culture: Wines and Sounds in Spring. These are not mere tastings, but truly immersive experiences, in which wine becomes the common thread linking encounters, stories and evocative atmospheres.

Local wineries, some of which are normally closed to the public, open their doors to welcome curious visitors and enthusiasts. Here, amidst barrels and rows of vines, you’ll discover fine wines and the stories of winegrowers who preserve centuries-old traditions. Each tasting is enriched by a musical element that changes from one occasion to the next: from the soothing vibrations of Tibetan bells amongst the vineyards to more energetic and engaging concerts.

The experiences take place in unique locations, where the landscape becomes an integral part of the event. From aperitifs amidst the vineyards, to dinners accompanied by refined melodies and evenings dedicated to dance, each event helps to create a sophisticated yet authentic atmosphere. The result is a perfect balance between taste and sound, capable of capturing the very essence of Scena.

E-bike routes in Scena: a cycling tour through flavours and landscapes

From 17 to 31 May 2026, the best way to experience spring in Scena is on two wheels with Gusto in e-bike a Scena, an experience that combines outdoor activities with culinary discoveries.

These guided tours take participants through the breathtaking landscapes of Scena and the surrounding area, amongst vineyards, apple orchards and scenic trails. But the real added value lies in meeting local producers face-to-face: wineries, farmsteads, dairies and distilleries open their doors to showcase the most authentic side of South Tyrolean production.

Each route thus becomes a journey through flavours and traditions. You’ll sample everything from fruity wines to artisanal cheeses, right through to seasonal produce prepared directly on the farms. The gastronomic stops alternate with moments of cycling immersed in nature, creating a perfect balance between sport and pleasure.

Among the most picturesque routes, those around Montescena stand out, where the experience is enhanced by stops at historic mountain huts and farmsteads. Here you can enjoy homemade bread, local specialities and traditional dishes, accompanied by spectacular views of the Merano region. The trip often concludes with visits to exclusive wineries, for a final toast to celebrate the day.

Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or just an enthusiast, thanks to e-bikes these routes are accessible to everyone and allow you to experience the area in an active yet relaxed way.
