Join us for an unforgettable day visiting Siena with a professional guide of the city and the Chianti area, accompanied by one of our expert English-speaking drivers who were born and raised in Tuscany.
During the 8-hour tour, you will explore the Gothic city of Siena with its famous shell-shaped Piazza del Campo and splendid cathedral, followed step by step by an authorised TOUR GUIDE!
If you would like to visit the cathedral, there will be a fee of €5 per person or €7 per person with priority access, payable directly to the guide.
– In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to visit some of the most famous vineyards or small, unknown family-run wineries, see their cellars and taste their excellent wines and food.
– Then explore the wonderful medieval town of San Gimignano.
1. Siena
Visit Siena with an authorised guide! Siena is known throughout Italy for the quality of its medieval architecture. Upon arrival, you can admire the main local attractions such as the famous shell-shaped Piazza del Campo and the 13th-century Siena Cathedral. Many local shops lining the streets of Siena's historic centre will allow you to sample local food or purchase some gifts! 2 hours • Free admission ticket

3. Tenuta Casanova
*OPTIONAL* We can organise lunch at a farmhouse where you can taste local wines and organic products. (to be paid on site) This option will reduce the time spent in the cities of Siena and San Gimignano and exclude Monteriggioni. 2 hours • Entrance fee not included
4. San Gimignano
A gem of medieval architecture famous for its tower houses! Free time for the last stop in incredible San Gimignano, a journey back to the Middle Ages. 1 hour • Free admission ticket Strada Statale 222 Chiantigiana (Passes through) We will explore the Tuscan countryside and drive through the Chianti hills.
